Parents, please bring the following documents to our school for admission application.

The admission application form for the 2024-2025 academic year can be submitted to the school during office hours. from Sept. 8, 2023 to Oct. 31, 2023 (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm)

• Application Form (Application form can be download online or obtain from school in person, without quota)
• A passport photo (1.5 x 2 inches)
• A photocopy of child's birth certificate
• 2 self-addressed and stamped envelopes
• $40 application fee *non-refundable*
• Submission time (Mon. to Fri. 9:30am to 4:00pm)

Interview Arrangement：

•  Our kindergarten will arrange an interview for all applicants.
•  Parents and applicants need to attend a face to face interview together.
•  Interviews will be conducted on November 17, 2023.
•  Interviews will be conducted in Cantonese. 
• Please note that the date and time of the interview cannot be rescheduled.  
• Applicants will receive interview notices when the parents submit the application forms. If the interview notice is lost, it will not be reissued.
• When the interviews are arranged for non- Chinese speaking children/ parents, our kindergarten will arrange interpretation and/or translation services for applicants as necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication.

Admission Criteria：

( As the number of places is limited , please understand that not all applications fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.)

•  Applicant has brother/sister who is studying in our kindergarten​
•  Applicant's father/mother/elder sibling(s) as graduate(s) of our kindergarten​ 
•  Home location is nearby our kindergarten
•  Applicant's Interview performance
•  Family needs and self-care ability (For full day class applicants)

Notification of admission result:

•    Our kindergarten will announce the admission result by mail on or before Dec. 15, 2023 

 For acquired students

• For successful applicants should process registration on Jan 4 to 6, 2024
• Registration time: 9:30am to 4:00pm (Thu & Fri), 9:30am to 12:30pm (Sat)
• Parents are required to submit the original of the “2024/25 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee ($970 Half Day Class / $1570 Full Day Class)
• Applicants who do not complete the registration procedures by the deadline will be considered withdrawn from the admission.
• After applicants begin school, the registration fee will be refunded in the end of September. If the parents decide to withdraw the place after acceptance, please notify the school by letter. Please note that the registration fee is non refundable and non-transferable. Once withdrawn, the place will no longer be secured.  
• Personal data of applicants will be used for application only. For all applicants who fail to be admitted, our school will destroy all relevant information within one year.

For alternate students

• Provided that the applicant fails to register at the school during the registration period, it means that the school places is automatically waived and the school will notify other applicants to replace the school places.
